aarta (chartered arbitrator, accredited mediator, and counsel), brings 20 years of experience on disputes related to construction, infrastructure, education, real estate, and general corporate matters in the united states, turkey, the middle east, and the indian sub-continent.

apart from her counsel work, aarta is regularly appointed as arbitrator under various institutional rules in both common and civil law seated arbitrations.

prior to chrysalis, aarta's work as an attorney has included positions at a well-renowned specialist construction law firm in new york, the middle east offices of a major american "white shoe" law firm, and another top tier american law firm.

susan has 21 years of experience in legal and government matters in the united states and in the united arab emirates. her recent cases include construction and real estate arbitration, and disputes involving issues of employment, real estate leases, and intellectual property.

prior to chrysalis, susan worked in the disputes resolution group for the uae office of a large u.s. firm, and prior to then as a litigator for the d.c. office of a large new york law firm where she worked primarily on intellectual property and securities litigation cases.
